About Us
Small Town, Small Business
We are definitely a small business in a small town. Being a life long South Alabama resident, you really do appreciate locally owned small businesses. We take the time to help every customer look and find that perfect piece. Customer service is key! We also have a gift shop run and curated by our resident Navy Veteran, Brian, with unique wood items, such as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, noodle boards, etc, Custom order hand drawn front elevations of your home or business by Kenny at K & L Drafting. Finally we have hand painted Wall Art by Local Fairhope, AL artist Nancy Raia. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Our Beginning
This began as a dream of a little girl. I have always loved clothes and shoes, well all things fashion. I remember putting on my Minimama's high heels and walking around with a purse on my arm, so this love comes from way back. Black and white to prints and color, I love it all. After a divorce and a quick move back home, I floundered not knowing what to do with my life. My beautiful children were grown and married and I didn't want to just exist. I wanted something to sink my soul into. I met a wonderful man who believed I could do anything I set my mind to and we took a leap of faith. It began as a pop up shop in a covered trailer pulled behind a truck to a brick and mortar dream come true. I hope you all enjoy shopping with us!
That sweet man I was talking about is also that Navy Veteran I mentioned earlier, Brian of Hand Crafted by Brian. He has a dream too, wood working and he makes the most beautiful, unique pieces. Be sure to check out our gift shop. Thank you for supporting our small (female and veteran owned) business!!
